Renovations - Rental Property

On Jan 1st 2010 we started the major undertaking of renvating the upstair suite of our rental property. We were unrealistic in our time evaluation and estimated one month. We let our renter of the basement suite move out Jan 31st thinking we would be ready to start in that apartment by Feb 1st. Feb 28th, one month behind schedule and we are still not done but I am ready to move on and start working on the basement suite.
